Tips: here there are 69 jellies to remove and 3 cherries to bring down. This is a difficult level, IMO. Was never able to finish this without boosters and even then, was still having difficulty. Make lots and lots of special candies and combos to unmask the ingredients and candies and remove the cream/icing and the jellies. Bring down the ingredients from the top to the bottom once the cream are removed. Then continue removing jellies until all are gone. The hardest part here, IMO, is having to do all of this within 28 moves. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
