1 star: 150,000 points
2 stars: 200,000 points
3 stars: 250,000 points

Tips: make lots of special candies and combos shoot them down to the bottom to hit those +5 candies. Collect enough of them to have a sort of time cushion so you can also hit the cream/icing blocking the timed bomb dispensers. Then continue making special candies and combos and hit those timed bombs while hitting +5 candies in between. Once much of the cream/icing are gone, there should be plenty of chances for special candies, so aim for color bombs and match them with same color candy as most color timed bombs. This should shoot your points up. Repeat this until 150,000 points is reached before time expires. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
