Tips: the quality of King levels in this game has not been there lately and this is one example. Is it to collect or to bring down? The goal says collect but to collect 1 cherry pair is essentially to bring it down to the bottom of the separated left side where is there an exit. To do this, when the ingredient is on the bottom right of the top side skewer, the candy to the right of the next skewer will need to be removed. Do this process until it goes to the bottom. You can shoot horizontal stripe candies to here to do this, or make color bomb + wrapped candy or stripe candy combo to make the process even faster. Once the ingredient in on the left side of the bottom skewer, shoot horizontal stripe candy to the left side of the most bottom row. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
