1 star: 35,000 points
2 stars: 50,000 points
3 stars: 65,000 points

Tips: here you need to collect 6 licorice swirls, 10 chocolate and 14 cream/icing. Remove the all of the licorice swirls, then shoot vertical stripe candies to those chocolate factories (will work with just one, but two is better) to unlock them. Not in particular order but those new blockers have to be unlocked as well. Start collecting the chocolate and cream as soon as there is a bit of accumulation going on. In the meantime, stock up on special candies so to hit the chocolate and the cream with. Continue doing this until the required quantities are fulfilled. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
