Tips: open up at least one of those licorice-locked chocolate right away, then follow-up to get to the rows of cream/icing below the chocolate. Get the stripe + wrapped candy combo on each side unmasked and use them to help destroy the remaining chocolate, cream and/or jellies. Make lots of special candies and combos and keep hitting the cream and jellies until all jellies are removed. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
