Goal: collect all orders and reach 50,000 points to complete the level.
Tips: here you need to collect 4 stripe candy + color bomb combos, 8 stripe + stripe combos, and 12 stripe candies and this is probably the most awful one in this new chapter yet, or probably even in the entire CC game, IMO. Some people are lucky to have breezed through this s@#$ty level but I got stuck here for days on end. Truly despicable level period. Anyway, the thing to do here is to open up 2 mystery eggs of same color, hoping for stripe candies close to each other. You need to match them up but be careful of the direction of explosion so that you don't waste a lot of other mystery eggs. This is where you find comfort in those licorice swirls because they shield the other candies from explosion. You need to repeat matching of the 2 stripe candies (from mystery eggs) until you don't have such matches anymore. Then you start on doing color bomb + stripe candy matches (from mystery eggs) until you don't have such matches. In between, stock up on stripe candies so you can keep on collecting stripe + stripe candies as well. At this point there probably no more mystery eggs, so this is where you can use boosters (if you have any) such as lollipop hammers or free switches to use for collecting the ordered candy combos. I did too; used 3 hammers (although 1 was used in vain) and a free switch. This was the only way I finally got out of this level. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.

I don't know what happened, but after several days of not making any progress with this level, today I logged on and it was a completely different board. King must have listened to the complaints and changed things up.
