Goal: clear all the jelly and reach 28,000 points to complete the level.
Tips: make lots of special candies and unlock, unmask the candies and remove the jellies while hitting the magic mixers. They must be removed as quickly as possible. Otherwise, you will need to keep the very short-timed bombs in check while still removing jellies. Not fun, not easy. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.

So far, not even close....need more time...simply can't get all the timed bombs, which seem to show up all-at-once. I've tried starting at the bottom, then make as many stripes, etc, as possible, but just can't seem to get things going. It is obvious that you need a board that will activate a lot after just a move or two.
