2 stars: 80,000 points
3 stars: 160,000 points

Tips: make lots and lots of special candies and combos and hit the chocolate and the fish buoys at the same time. The fishes will eat away the chocolate and the jellies. Keep doing this until all of the jellies are gone. Note that the more powerful your special candy combos are, the more fishes will come out, especially when you hit multiple buoys at the same time. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
