Tips: make lots of special candies and combos and start removing the cream/icing and the jellies. Hit the fish buoy to help with the jellies. This one is designated a hard level because it is. And so boosters (color bomb, stripe + wrapped candies and jelly fishes) were used here. The sooner you work on those hard to reach cream and jellies, the better. The booster fishes help a lot as they can eat more than the fish buoy fish can. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
