Goal: clear all the jelly and reach 74,000 points to complete the level.
Tips: make lots of special candies and combos and unmask some of the candies and unlock and activate the UFO candies while removing the cream/icing and the jellies. The UFO candies will further remove and the jellies. Then continue removing any leftover jellies until all are gone. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
