Tips: the fish buoy is back. You need to be very efficient with your moves here as 23 are often not enough to remove all of the jellies. So really lots of special candies and combos, especially big, powerful ones. Hit the jellies and the cream/icing as well as the buoys. Watch your number as not all cream have jelly underneath. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
