Tips: there are 10 cherries to bring down here. The fish buoy is back in this level. There are only 16 moves to do in this level so everything has to be done with extra efficiency. Make lots of special candies and hit the buoy several times so the fishes will eat away the keys which will open up the locked ingredients.
