Tips: here there are 42 jellies to remove 1 cherry to bring down. Make lots of special candies and combos and try to remove the magic mixer/new blocker right away. It has jelly underneath and it's also blocking the ingredients from moving down. With that done, continue making special candies and combos and continue removing the remaining jellies as well as moving the ingredient to the bottom. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
