Tips: the last level in the Swirly Steppes chapter (Episode 154), and finally out of this very unfun chapter. Make lots of special candies and combos and remove the pie (aka cake bomb) very quickly. This should clear a lot of the blockers: licorice swirls, cream/icing, chocolate and jellies. Once the pie is gone, there would be plenty of chances for more special candies and combos, so do big ones to remove the remaining jellies. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
