Tips: unlock the candies surrounding the pie (aka cake bomb) and remove it. This has to be done very quickly so you have enough moves to do the remaining jellies. Make multiple, strong special combos, e.g. color bomb + color bombs or color bomb + wrapped or striped candy combos to remove the remaining jellies. Otherwise, 18 moves are often not enough to pass this level. This is a level that can use another pie, IMO. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
