Tips: here you need to remove 63 jellies and bring down 2 cherries. Make lots of special candies and combos and remove the jellies while bringing down the ingredients. Note that only 1 ingredient shows up at a time here so the sooner the first one is flushed out, the better. Of course, the fastest way to do this is to shoot them down (or up) with vertical damage candies. Also, the chocolate here is relentless, so try to clear them as much as you can can when clearing jellies. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
