Tips: here you need to collect 10 chocolate, 20 licorice swirls and 30 cream/icing. Make matches to get to the magic mixer/new blocker very, very quickly. Remove it. Then continue by making special candies and combos to get to the UFO candy. Activate it. This should unlock some of the chocolate and remove some licorice swirls, thereby collecting them. Continue unlocking the chocolate, or collect them from the chocolate factories until everything is collected. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
