Tips: here you need to collect 33 wrapped candies and 88 cream/icing, some of which you have to get from lucky candies. Remove the cream/icing, especially the ones blocking the lucky candy dispensers. You will need to get most of the wrapped candies from them although you can also make them yourself as well. Continue removing cream so to keep collecting them. Get the UFO candies which will help further with the cream and the wrapped candies as well. Continue collecting the ordered things until they are all fulfilled. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
