| Candy Crush Saga Level 1998 |
Goal: collect all orders and reach 10,000 points to complete the level.
Updated tips 9-16-16: this level was probably the dumbest ever, IMO, before the update as there was no way to pass it without having to use a ton of boosters or pay with gold bars to extend the level. Anyway, this update was to lower down the requirement of the licorice swirls to 15 (cut down by half) but the cream/icing requirement stays the same at 60. And so, just like any other level, make lots and lots of special candies and combos and start working on the cream right away. Make a priority to hit and remove the blocks below the dispensers so they can start dispensing licorice swirls. While continuing to hit the remaining cream, start collecting the swirls as well. Also, they don't come down raining like in some other levels. Instead you need to coax them out by making moves on those dispenser candies. In addition, all the cream blocks have to be removed to collect all 60 of them. That's why it is a good idea to maximize the effects of those candy combos by hitting multiple blockers at the same time. If you're still have any problem with the licorice swirl collection, a suggestion is to use a lucky candy booster at the start of the level to help make them.
