Tips: here you need to collect 24 cream/icing and 1 popcorn. There's usually a color bomb to be made on top, so do that. Match it with a special candy if you can, to start removing the cream/icing and process the popcorn. Continue making special candies and combos and continue removing cream and processing popcorn until it has turned into a color bomb. Again, match it with a special candy to continue collecting cream until all 24 done. There are 2-move timed bombs here; keep them in check. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
