Tips: here you need to remove 70 jellies and bring down 4 cherries. Right away, make lots of special candies and combos and shoot them down to the chocolate which are so relentless in this level. Focus especially on the 2 locked chocolate because they block the ingredients from falling. Then do more special candies and combos to remove some more chocolate and the jellies of course. The ingredients will need to move from the bottom to the top side where they will exit. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
