Tips: here, you need to collect 50 cream/icing which is essentially all the cream in the bottom of each separated sides. The hardest part here is that there are only 19 moves to do everything. So you really need to have combos that can hit multiple cream. Unlock those candies on top, as well as the ones in the bottom. Make multiple wrapped + stripe combos or color bomb + stripe candy combos, or even better color bomb + color bombs. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
