Tips: the first level in the Fruity Fairground chapter (Episode 121), here you need to collect 193 cream/icing. Right from the start, do lots and lots of special candies and combos and try to get the UFO candies in each bottom corner as fast you can. They will tremendously help remove the cream. Give attention to the side cream as well as they tend to be left behind while you try to go to the bottom rows. Keep doing special candies and combos until all cream removed. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
