Tips: make lots and lots of special candies and combos to start hitting the cream/icing and jellies the unlock the fishes and process the popcorn. Best if you can process 2 side by popcorn so you can match the resulting color bombs together. Repeat. Match the fishes with special candies so they're more effective. Note that all cream have jellies underneath so you need to watch your numbers so you'd know how many more you need to do. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
