Tips: the key here is getting to the separated column of masked color bombs on the left. Make stripe candies and hit one of the two ones to unmask them. Don't bother hitting them again to activate them but continue making special candies and combos to remove the cream/icing in the main board. Also, keep hitting all the +5 candies you see to extend the time. It is essential that much of the cream had been cleared so when you run out of time, those color bombs will activate and hopefully there will be cascading effect(s) to make your points shoot up. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
