Tips: there is often a special candy to do in the blocked middle. Do that. Hit the top row of cream/icing. The cream themselves do have jellies underneath but you need to get to the jellies in the middle. Make lots of special candies and combos to hit them very efficient with only 25 to here. Do the outside ring jellies as well. The bottom row jellies are especially tough to do. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
