Goal: bring down all ingredients and reach 60,000 points to complete the level.
Tips: there are 6 cherry pairs to bring down here. Start hitting the cream/icing so to get to the masked coconut wheels. One good strategy here is to have one swiped bottom to top so to remove more cream blocking the other one. Then swipe the other coconut wheel right to left, or opposite (depending on which coconut wheel it is) to hit both of the popcorn with. Continue hitting the popcorn until they become color bombs and the ingredients will go down. Then flush out the ingredients like the usual. There will be timed bombs once that dispenser is unblocked. Just keep the timed bombs in check. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
