Tips: the first level in the Biscuit Bay chapter (Episode 104) and this one is quite difficult already. Simply because 32 moves are often not enough to clear this level. So you gotta feed the frog fast and quick and let it jump to the block above the popcorn so to remove the licorice swirls and process the keys there. The locked blocks will open up and there should a color bomb. Match the color bomb with a special candy, if you can, to remove more jellies. Also make special candies to process the popcorn. Use the produced color bomb with special candies to remove remaining jellies. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
