Tips: here you need to collect 2 popcorn and 42 cream/icing. While it is easier to do the top pie (aka cake bomb) first, it's actually better to do the bottom one first, IMO. This is because, you need to do the row of cream on top of the popcorn as well; or at least considerably weaken them until the first pie explodes. Then do the top pie. As the cream in the bottom are weakened, do a combo (or two), especially a wrapped + stripe candy combo, positioned well that both popcorn are hit. The row of cream should be gone by now. Follow-up with a wrapped candy (or two), also positioned well that both popcorn are hit. The popcorn should be processed at this time to complete the order. Everything has to be done quick and fast as there are only 15 moves to do here. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
