1 star: 28,000 points
2 stars: 375,000 points
3 stars: 400,000 points

Tips: get to the masked color bomb in the center as fast you can. This is to be used for defusing the timed bombs in the separated left and right columns. Match with the blue candy on top of it and this will defuse them all. However, this is not so easy as it seems. More likely, there will be re-shuffles (may happen a few times). You would hope the first re-shuffle will in your favor, otherwise the timed bombs will be all over the place. You need to defuse them no matter what. After that, proceed with the jelly clearing as usual. Note that the cream/icing themselves have no jellies underneath but you need to have a clearer board to make lots of special candies and combos to process the jellies with. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
