Tips: here you need to collect 5 color bombs and 99 blue candies. Remove the cream/icing and unlock the 4 color bombs. When doing this, make an extra color bombs as soon as you get the chance. Then collect the blue candies. Make lots of special candies and combos while doing this. This makes more blue candies appear. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
