Tips: here you need to collect 13 yellow candies from lucky candies. Get those locked lucky candies unlocked and peel off the pie (aka cake bomb) very quickly. The remaining lucky candies will turn into yellow candies, if they haven't already. In most cases here, the stack of lucky candies in the left side will produce a color bomb. Use it to help collect the other yellow candies and fulfill the quantity needed. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
