Tips: make lots of special candies and combos to unlock the chocolate as well as the wrapped candies and remove the licorice swirls. Make matches with the wrapped candies quickly before they get covered over by the chocolate. These will help unlock the surrounding blocks and/or remove the chocolate and jellies. Give focus to the jellies under the licorice swirl dispensers. These are harder to do. So as soon as you get the chance to quickly remove this 6-block area, do it. The remaining jellies should be easier to do. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
