1 star: 80,000 points
2 stars: 145,000 points
3 stars: 190,000 points

Tips: the last level in the Diamond District chapter (Episode 86), here you need to collect 4 wrapped + stripe candy combos, 8 wrapped candies and 12 stripe candies. Start hitting the cream to clear the board. Hit the masked mystery candies as well. Open them up and see if you can get wrapped or stripe candies from them. As soon as you see a combo, make the match. Repeat. Unmask the UFO candy as well. Use it to make wrapped candies for the order. You would need to make 1 more wrapped candies. Then in between all these moves, make the stripe candies and fulfill the order. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
