Tips: this is a simple jelly-clearing level even though there are licorice swirls here. Do lots of special candies and combos to remove the cream/icing, the licorice and the jellies. When a bit have been cleared, prioritize on doing the harder to clear ones first, (e.g. 2-hit jellies vs. 1-hit jellies).
