Tips: here there are 4 ingredients to bring down (2 each hazelnut, cherry). Unlock some chocolate while also removing the licorice swirls and the chocolate in the bottom rows. No need to unlock all, just the blocks that will let the dispensers spit out the ingredients. Note that there is a locked wrapped candy in the center. You can use this to remove the chocolate, although IMO it's not really necessary. Once the ingredients are out, flush them out the usual. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
