Goal: clear all the jelly and reach 128,000 points to complete the level.
Tips: this one of the most difficult levels in recent times, IMO. Simply because all the layers of cream/icing have jellies underneath and 50 moves are just not enough to finish this level. There is also no cascading effect here which sure does not help. Anyway, I used boosters on this level, and lots of them. I did the color bomb, the fishes and the wrapped and stripe candy combo right before opening, then lollipop hammers and free switches during the game. The goal is to have a more cream and jellies removed in a few less moves. Still you need to do lots of special candy combos, especially color bomb + stripe candy combos. Those 4-hit cream are particularly hard to do, so try to get to them as fast as you can. You also need to keep the chocolate in check. And don't forget to do the jellies in the bottom row and the ones in the far right column. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.

Absolutely impossible with out lots and lots of boosters. So forget it. I will just collect boosters until this level becomes strategically fun.

DeleteHow do you collect boosters? Apart from the daily wheel, now that they have cut back on the candy jar specials to only the first attempt at each level, I can see no other way. What's the point of labelling these as 'hard level's anyway? Why not make them do-able?
ReplyDeleteYes, they did change way you collect the sugar drops a bit but you can still collect a lot if you're diligent enough. Tips: (1) double dip, play on FB and on your mobile devices; (2) play levels that you know you can pass because that doubles the amount of the sugar drops; (3) play everyday.

ReplyDeleteI play best levels for max sugar drops every day 180 drops x 2 rounds. Stock up on boosters for a few days then play 10 levels. Rinse and Repeat.
