Goal: clear all the jelly and reach 10,000 points to complete the level.

1 star: 10,000 points
2 stars: 20,000 points
3 stars: 30,000 points

Tips: all the jellies are in the separated 2-column left side. Make matches there if there are any. The chocolate will cover up this part if matches can't be made. Then, either start hitting the popcorn in the bottom rows to process them. Good matches to do are stripe + wrapped candy combos so both of them are struck at one time. Match the 2 produced color bombs together to clear the board and remove the chocolate and jellies and feed the frog. You will still have to remove the remaining jellies, if any. You can also have the frog help in this endeavor. There are timed bombs here, keep in check. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
