Tips: here you need to collect 36 (!) color bombs but look at the multitude of popcorn here. The fastest way to have the order fulfilled is to make a color bomb + color bomb combo. This will ensure the popcorn (all 36 of them) will be processed. Repeat 2x to finish the level. To start the ball rolling however, is to shoot down vertical stripe candies or wrapped + stripe candy combos or wrapped + wrapped combos to the popcorn.
