Tips: here you need to collect 99 red candies. Unlock the licorice-locked candies to get to the chocolate. Remove the chocolate as well. The frog is underneath the chocolate. All of this while collecting red candies along the way. About the frog, don't know what he's really there for. Does not help much, IMO. Anyway, to keep the red candies coming, do lots of special candy combos until the required quantity is fulfilled. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
