Tips: there are 4 ingredients (2 each hazelnut, cherry) to bring down here. Start by making vertical stripe candies and unlocking the ingredients. Keep making special candies and combos to hit the pies (aka cake bombs). The pies are actually the key to this level as two of the ingredients are block by them.
