Goal: clear all the jelly and reach 72,000 points to complete the level.
Tips: here either you focus on removing the timed bombs first, or, removing the pie. Personally, I like to do the pie first (which will then remove the locks) and then defuse the timed bombs, all within 18 moves. Then focus on the 1 popcorn in the middle next, then the weakened cream/icing, and lastly, the remaining jellies. Good luck.
