Goal: clear all the jelly and reach 24,000 points to complete the level.
Tips: first level in the Cloudberry Creek chapter (Episode 73), right off the bat, this one is a bit hard already because of insufficient moves to do, IMO. You need to remove the licorice-locked chocolate and have fresh candies fall into the separated bottom quads. You also need get to frog (hidden in chocolate) as well as the licorice-locked fishes which will all help in the jelly-removal. There is really no definite strategy here; either to aim for the jellies first or the frog and the fishes. It all really depends on the kind of board you get. Of course, you really should do lots of special candy combos to remove the jellies faster. Good luck.
