Goal: bring down all ingredients and reach 50,000 points to complete the level.
Tips: there are 6 cherry pairs to bring down in this level and they are all locked in licorice. First thing to do is to try to get do that center stripe candy, also locked in licorice; unlock it and match it up with a wrapped (or a stripe candy, or even better a color bomb) to get the other stripe candies unlocked as well. Then you need to hit those stripe candies again (with a wrapped + stripe candy combo, if possible so both sides are hit) so they will unlock the ingredients on top. Continue making special combos (especially good are wrapped + stripe candy combos or color bomb + special candy combos) to remove the rest of the cream/icing and the locked candies in the bottom rows as well as moving the ingredients to the bottom. Once much of cream and licorice locks are gone, flush out the ingredients the usual way. Good luck.
