Tips: first order of business is to destroy the pie in the middle. And when you do this and you have chances to make horizontal stripe candies (or any horizontal damage candy combinations), go for them so you can start destroying the 2-hit jellies in the right side of the board. Once the pie is destroyed, it will release the stripe candy in the top left portion of the board which will fall into the skewer. After this point try as much as possible to shoot horizontal candies into the jellies (do not shoot the dropped vertical candy). When the dropped candy gets to the side of the other stripe candy in the bottom of the right side, shoot the two up to destroy the jellies. If there are still remaining jellies to destroy, continue shooting horizontal candies. Note that you can make color bombs in this board as well and a color bomb + stripe candy really does take of business (well, most of the time anyway). See video below on how I got out of this level.
