Tips: destroy the pie (aka cake bomb) with the stripe + wrapped candy combo (already there) and then follow up with another stripe + stripe (or a stripe + wrapped) candy combo so you can get through the chocolate and the cream gets to the 2-hit stage. Make lots of special candies and special candies combinations as there 18 ingredients (9 each hazelnut, cherry) to bring down here and 40 moves are sometimes not enough to get past this level. Good luck.
