Tips: here they are a column of chocolate factories flanking each side and a row of chocolate already in the bottom blocking the exits. Flush down the ingredients (5 each hazelnuts, cherries) normally as you would, always keeping in check the unrelenting chocolate. Always in a lookout for stripe candies (vertical ones, most especially) and other special candies as anything that would move the ingredients down quickly is good. There are only 40 moves in the level and sometimes they're not enough to move down 10 ingredients. Good luck.
